The session are 90 minutes.

We begin with knowing each other and the goal to achieve, then few meridian stretches and then the session itself.

For the sessions :

  1. -  Bring loose, comfortable clothing (sweat pants, long sleeve t-shirt) and clean socks to change into. Cotton is an ideal fabric.

  2. -  Do not eat any solids or drink caffeinated or alcoholic beverages 2 hours before the session.
