What are Limiting subconscious beliefs ?

About me
My name is Pierre, I am originally from France.
After a short taste of island life in the Caribbean, I found myself drawn to the energy of New York City for the next two decades.
During those years I got into the world of Shiatsu and following that, I spent another three years studying P.B.A. (a method designed to clear emotional blockages).
I've always held the belief that the body is a reflection of our minds.
After experimenting with various disciplines, I finally discovered my calling and perfect method through PSYCH-K®. The simplicity, positivity , and the core message of self-empowerment resonated deeply with me.
We all have this tendency to overcomplicate things, and I was certainly guilty of making life harder than it needed to be.
I worried it would take a monumental effort to reach my full potential, I was overly critical and harsh on myself, and wanted self-love and acceptance but unsure of how to achieve it, or even if I deserved it.
After my first PSYCH-K® session, everything shifted. I finally stepped into the role of my own best friend: supportive, loving, understanding, and available. I came to the profound realization that my only limitations were the ones I created in my own mind and decided to become a practitioner.
It's amazing to see the profound transformations everyone experiences.
Self-celebration is the fuel that allows you to blossom and truly support those you care about.
